Our subscription packages are built to support your complete Inside-Out Protocol, with pricing that honors your dedication to lasting results.

One-Time Purchases

All one-time purchases are final sales. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on opened products. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will resolve it promptly.

Subscription Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@sacredeyebeauty.com.

Because our subscription packages are offered at a significant discount from our standard retail price, the following policy applies upon cancellation:

If you cancel a discounted subscription package before all shipments have been fulfilled, the unused portion of your subscription will be refunded at the $119 monthly subscription rate.

  • This policy applies to all multi-month subscription tiers: 60-Day, 90-Day, and 12-Month plans.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for shipments already in transit at the time of your cancellation request.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of your cancellation being confirmed.

Reactivation

If you cancel your subscription and choose to reactivate it at a later date, please note that the subscription pricing and discount in effect at the time of your original purchase may no longer be available. The discount rate applicable at the time of reactivation will apply to all future shipments.
