We ship within the United States and to select international destinations. Available shipping options and destinations are shown at checkout.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Fees

Domestic: We offer complimentary shipping on every U.S. order — no minimum purchase required.

International Orders: International shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping fee shown at checkout.

Express shipping may be available at an additional cost. Please email us at hello@sacredeyebeauty.com before placing your order to confirm availability and pricing.

We ship via the following carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL.

The carrier used for your order will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Lost Shipments

If your shipment has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number and email us at hello@sacredeyebeauty.com with the subject line: UNDELIVERED PACKAGE.

We will contact the carrier on your behalf and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If your shipment is confirmed as lost, we will replace your order at no additional cost to you.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@sacredeyebeauty.com with a clear photo showing the damaged condition and your order number.

Upon review of the provided photo evidence, we will arrange a replacement for the damaged item at no additional cost to you.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website.
