Sacred Eye Beauty™ products are dietary supplements formulated to support general cellular wellness. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to cancel, limit, or refuse any order at our discretion. Pricing is subject to change without notice.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders renew automatically at the selected frequency. Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by emailing hello@sacredeyebeauty.com or through your account portal. Upon cancellation, the unused portion of the subscription will be refunded at the subscription rate of $119 per month. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of cancellation being confirmed.

Payment & Authorization
By placing an order, you authorize Sacred Eye Beauty™ to charge your payment method for verification, pre-authorization, and final payment. You are responsible for any additional charges your bank may apply, as well as any applicable taxes or fees at checkout. Your order is not binding on us until accepted and confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion — if we do, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Auto-Renewal Disclosure

Cancellation Terms
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time by logging into your account or contacting our support team at hello@sacredeyebeauty.com. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next renewal date. If a cancellation request is received after an order has already been processed and shipped, the cancellation will apply to the following billing cycle. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy (Section 10) for return eligibility.
CAUTION: METHYLENE BLUE SHOULD NOT BE USED FOR PATIENTS WHO HAVE GLUCOSE-6-PHOSPHATE DEHYDROGENASE DEFICIENCY, AS THIS MAY LEAD TO HEMOLYSIS.

Arbitration
If informal resolution isn’t possible within 30 days, disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Miami-Dade County, Florida — not through a court or class action. The arbitrator’s decision is final and binding. Both parties waive their right to a jury trial.
Time Limit
Any claim must be brought within one (1) year of the date the issue arose. Claims submitted after this window will not be accepted.
Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of this Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You and Sacred Eye Beauty™ each waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action or representative proceeding.
Sacred Eye Beauty™ products purchased through this Site are for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or make any commercial use of products or samples you receive from us. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders we believe are intended for resale or commercial distribution.
Bulk purchasing or repeated high-volume orders suggesting reseller behavior may result in order cancellation and account suspension without prior notice.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sacred Eye Beauty™, Fast Millennial Mode LLC, and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Only unopened, unused products are eligible for a full refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
